An aviation veteran with a degree from Embry-Riddle, Rick built his expertise in operations and network development. He leads Yzer with a focus on disciplined growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Kyle Rolfe is the COO of Yzer with over 25 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, and distribution. A Marine Corps veteran, his career includes senior leadership roles at Amazon, CEVA Logistics, and Owens & Minor. Kyle specializes in operational efficiency and scalable supply chain execution, having led organizations of 14,000+ employees. He holds an MBA and focuses on driving disciplined growth through high-performing teams.

Jennifer Powell is an HR executive with 30 years of experience in people strategy and organizational effectiveness. Formerly Senior Regional HR Manager at Amazon, she supported a workforce of 10,000+. Jennifer builds scalable solutions to enhance employee experience and strengthen performance. She holds a Master’s from Indiana Wesleyan University and focuses on creating high-performing, sustainable corporate cultures.

Commercial executive with deep experience scaling go-to-market teams, building enterprise partnerships, and aligning sales, operations, and technology. He has held leadership roles at FLEXE and Warehouse Anywhere, working with Fortune 1000 clients across complex logistics networks. As a founding member of Intelligent Logistic Systems, he developed delivery and routing solutions for national and global clients. Christopher studied at Duke University and the U.S. Naval Academy.

Alex Tosetto is the CIO of Yzer, with 27 years of IT leadership and digital transformation experience. He has led innovation for DHL, Johnson & Johnson, and Microsoft. Previously, as EVP at CEVA Logistics, Alex managed a $100M+ tech budget. He specializes in building enterprise platforms and automation strategies that drive operational efficiency and scalable growth across global logistics

Ken Crawford is the CFO of Yzer, leading financial infrastructure and Treasury to support rapid growth. With decades of experience in logistics, he previously served as CFO at Patterson Companies and Dart Transit. Ken has a proven track record in driving operational improvements, cash flow, and strategic acquisitions across the Americas. He holds an MBA from UNT, a Bachelor’s from BYU, and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
